She has been a Dean and Instructor at the University of SoutheasternPhilippines (USEP) for over 45 years and developed theCulinary and Hospitalityprograms in USEP, Christian Colleges of Southeast Asia and handled numerousfood businesses throughout her career.

Philip Al Torres

School Administrator

Phillip is the School Administrator for Pro Chef and Career Counsellor for EduCareer, the Education and Migration Agency operation by Migration AUS-NZ, Australian based Filipino-Australian Immigration Law Firm. Phillip is also involved in the Culinary and Hospitality Industry and he has a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and a Masters of Business Administration degree. He has over 15 years of managerial and administrative experience and will assess student’s situations and advise and guide the suitable career choice for Pro Chef students international destinations.
